Extremely rude, been in here twice now to ask there advice or to purchase something and both times have they not only been unhelpful they have been extremely rude to both me and my partner. Ignored what I was asking for, spoke over us, patronised and talked down us.. the list goes on. Very unpleasant experience and certainly will not be returning. If your looking for a great and much cheaper hardware store that sells everything go to Clevedon, there are several!
